Awakening Our Sacred Sexuality gives participants the opportunity to explore their relationship to their sensuality and sexuality, offering a range of talk and touch-based exercises and activities. Touch is non-sexual, and guided within the parameters of carefully developed and vetted exercises. Practicing consent and clear boundary delineation provides safety and is foundational to both learning and openness.
